Abstract

Public sector economics is a comparatively new branch of economic theory and at the same time it is also an academic discipline which is successfully taught at European universities. The introduction of the public sector economics into the university education is dictates of time and also objective necessity. Besides this, it is a response to the events developing in the world and national order because it studies topical issues of socially oriented market economy. This paper is devoted to such interesting theme.
